Yuffie Kisaragi is a 1/3 Human Ninja Creature with Commander ninjutsu, and whenever a Ninja you control deals combat damage, Yuffie allows you to reveal the top card of your library and put that card into your hand

The majority of the cards youll be returning are mana rocks, and while some enter tapped and therefore cant be used for a turn (like Sky Diamond or Worn Powerstone), there are others like Grim Monolith or Mana Vault that youre effectively untapping for opponents at a discount when you bounce them

With that said, they are quite powerful, and you should play with them if you have the opportunity

Arcane Signet + Command Tower + Fellwar Stone + Sol Ring Auto-includes in any EDH deck, before these cards had been reprinted to oblivion the last few years, they would have topped this list and maybe still should

(2023-06-16) Some cards refer to the "amassed Army." That means the Army creature you chose to receive counters, even if no counters were placed on it for some reason
