Legendary Planeswalker - Ugin Will Kenrith +2: Until your next turn, up to two target creatures each have base power and toughness 0/3 and lose all abilities

It's never great to give your enemies the option of losing life to save their creatures, but black has plenty of ways to turn life loss to their advantage

Kess, Dissident Mage is essentially a better version of him (you can't cast instants on opponents' turns), but cheaper and has access to Red

I say good riddance

The price varies greatly from card to card, with TCGplayer showing (at time of writing) that Seasonal Sequels is cheapest with a market price of $16, while Gifts Given leads the pack at a whopping $407
