Description

You can only use each of the following effects of "Armed Dragon Thunder LV7" once per turn

There aren't a lot of ways to dodge this sort of hexproof / shroud /blink, with most of these being on casting spells so you don't get a permanent answer

You can expect to spend about $38 on LP copies, while NM will fetch about $50 if you're looking for a clean copy

Although I have nitpicks, like the Elder Draon thing, I consider the set a success from all angles

Even fresh from the pack, tiny initial scratches or centering issues (common in manufacturing) mean very few mint cards can physically achieve a PSA 10
