serra cards mtg Altered Art Mint / near mint condition trading card Serra the Benevolent (#1252) (foil)

Timetwister's impact on the game cannot be overstated, as it offers a remarkable blend of chaos, renewal, and strategic opportunity

Theres also a really nifty combo involving [c]Wheel of Fortune[/c] and [c]Narset, Parter of Veils[/c]

He turns any modest Elf board into a game-ending threat, earning his place among the best Elf commanders in MTG

It's also one of the best cards for Type Four with infinite mana but just one spell per turn where the mana cost on this won't matter you can always cast it when needed

Its good when you need to gain life, and the fact that you can reanimate a nonland permanent opens the possibilities for cards like Lunar Convocation, Builder's Talent, and Hopeless Nightmare, among others
