I could see cutting them as being win more, though Id note that the deck kind of wants some amount of win more because I find that I often dont win the first turn I start targeting things, I just go for a while and then run out of something and have to pass the turn, and passing the turn can be deadly in cEDH
That said, its still a tutor, and tutors are generally quite good
If this card werent mono-black, itd be the strongest commander for the role by far

The LGS owner said they did appear to be authentic, but suggested that each card was only worth around $400 dollars despite them being incredibly rare
