mtg arena card changes Announcements – August 18, 2025 Tap target creature you control and target creature of an opponents choice he or she controls Wizards Quietly Rebalances Eight MTG

My favorite three decks: Blue-Red 4-drop spells : This is the base archetype for UR, and is supported quite well Grixis Control: As the name suggests, this is basically just all the good Grixis removal and card draw combined, with some lands for good measure

While providing your opponents with mana sources comparable to treasures may seem counter-intuitive, whenever an artifact an opponent controls is put into a graveyard (such as when they sacrifice a Banana), each Ape and Monkey you control gains a +1/+1 counter, meaning your opponents' treasures can cause your creatures to grow to massive sizes

Any power- or toughness-setting effects that start to apply after Shadow Puppeteers's last ability resolves will overwrite this effect

Of course, this Ravager just happens to be a Giant Wizard, so this cards ability can also be used to brilliant effect in Wizard decks that want to stack the board with Wizard tokens or other inexpensive Wizard cards

Just imagine an opponent going all-in with Arcbound Ravager when you have Runic Armasaur and one mana left up
