Description

Draw: The current player draws one card from their deck

Multicolored The first thing that jumps out is the number of loyalty counters being higher than the converted mana cost

Not strictly a gold card but then neither is Fire / Ice or Desolate Lighthouse

In part, that depends on which card you put on top

Having a way to combo off and generate absurd amounts of mana in the command zone that also has a win condition stapled to it is firmly in the high end of Bracket 3 or just straight up Bracket 4 or higher, based on the cards you end up including in the deck
