mtg commander sliver deck Swarm Precon Upgrade Guide Its two great tastes that taste great together Sliver Tutor - Sliver Overlord

Hobgoblin Bandit Lord is hovering around $4 a card now, but the more people get to play with it (and the more they realize it can help set up an alternate win condition in goblin commander decks), the more they should be able to charge for it

Among the best options for this are Felidar Sovereign with lifegain, Palinchron for infinite mana with Deadeye Navigator, or any of the dozens of combos you can make with Intruder Alarm

They noted that cheating it into play can be a problem, but that having it be a deciding factor in a longer game is fine

In a discard-heavy strategy in EDH you should play both cards, but in a 60-card format Id stick to 3-4 Liliana's Caress

Amulet Titan is considered one of the most complicated decks (if not the most complicated deck) to play in the format, so mostly only hardcore aficionados with many reps under their belt dare to touch the deck
