Combining these with wheels can make for an aggressive draw deck
Straight up Wrath of God is already an upgrade, but we can also play around with Harsh Mercy (to spare our Phyrexians), Organic Extinction (to spare our artifact creatures), Hour of Reckoning (to spare our tokens) or Austere Command (so we can decide what to spare in the moment)
(There is psychological value to countering an opposing spell with a Force Spike since they are so easy to play around, yet it's not worth playing around them in Commander because they aren't heavily played, which makes getting your powerful spell hit by Jwari Disruption especially devastating.) As for the rest of the bunch, Silundi Vision is listed as an often play just because you need to be a reasonably spell-heavy deck for it to work
Actually, that's really kind of embarrassing to admit in fact, after you finish reading this post, it will vanish in a *poof* of smoke, leaving no trace that it ever existed either that, or I'll have to kill you
I ranked this the worst of the lands because it doesnt do anything by itself
