pokemon card mewtwo VSTAR (86) (Secret) (86) 086 - Holofoil GO Destined Rivals Team Rockets Mewtwo ex Pokémon Mewtwo-EX - Pokemon TCG Code

I think this makes Kitsa a potential commander for a deck built around Isochron Scepter and Dramatic Reversal, especially because you dont need both pieces to do the combo

Its very easy to imagine that youll be playing a few extra cards a turn, and you could easily include some good Treasure synergies to get the most out of this commander

The background is a dark purple miasma that his blue robes break through and that the butterfly seems to be dispelling, at least immediately around it

It isn't great in a ramp deck as it is slow to flip but it wants to play with the sorts of stuff ramp decks have in them so as to make use of the mana

Can those cards support you through the extra time youll probably wait for mana counts beyond three
