A fun little sidequest of a Commander, but not quite best in class

You can easily cast him with the hybrid mana option, and you can even run him in Mono-Blue, Mono-Black, , or whatever

Not just because its a 2/1, but because it can be cast from the graveyard or exile , making it a superb infinite combo piece with Survival of the Fittest and infinite mana

None of these abilities is necessarily preposterous on their own, but each gives a different option - and in formats such as Modern and Legacy (the latter of which this card is banned in) they build up into an insurmountable advantage

Its a great ramp spell for Cube and Commander because it's also a reasonable threat
