lorwyn mtg cards Evolving Wilds | Eclipsed Foil | Standard 1 Collector Booster and 90 Basic Lands LORWYN ~ Complete 121 Card

For four mana, you gain at most 14 life in a normal situation

The card was printed back before lifelink was a mechanic and its wording means that it doesn't actually stop lifelink, which makes it a super awkward card to reprint, especially when something like Tainted Remedy exists

Example: This is one reason Grixis Deaths Shadow is so great: you can use your mana on Turn 1 to Inquisition of Kozilek and then Serum Visions on Turn 2

Online shopping is convenient, but an LGS usually hosts events and helps new players learn

And an EDH deck like Baba Lysaga, Night Witch, makes heavy use of these kinds of effects to support its card draw engine
