Description

As of M10, they follow the rules of a characteristic creature

Theres no other way of putting it, Rapidash EX is a poor EX card

The Quick Ball will let you look for a Basic Pokemon in your deck but only if you discard another card, and last but not least, the Ultra Ball will let you look for any Pokemon in your deck but only if you discard two cards

These cards are worded specifically to bend the rules of Magic, letting you play as many of them in your deck, with a bonus or two for having more of them in play or having played them during a game
