4 Dragon Fire Five ink for a spell can be a little more expensive than what youd like to be spending on an action card, but Dragon Fire is well worth it

As a fine card on its own and one that's incredibly strong with other Humans on the battlefield, this is a great example of what you're looking to play in these kinds of decks

(Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, the token gets +1/+1 until end of turn.) Equip Flurry Whenever you cast your second spell each turn, create a 1/1 white Monk creature token with prowess

Trample Whenever a commander an opponent controls dies, the Ring tempts you

While it doesnt explicitly feature a Trainer, this card showcases Mew in its VMAX form against a void-like, all-black background accented with gold and pink outlines
