To celebrate its final months, The Pokmon Company is releasing a Halloween-themed TCG set that is full of rare Sword and Shield Ghost-type Pokmon cards
It lets you reset with an additional draw on top, which can completely turn a game around if you were starting to struggle off the top of your deck
Lictor is the only new card in this set and is ok but not super amazing
