rayquaza pokemon card Custom celebrated for its powerful design and long 2005 Pokemon EX Delta Species

And when Stifle is good, its very good

This powerful artifact lets you cheat on mana, make a creature uncounterable, and put a creature into play at instant speed all of which are nightmares for control decks

It combines removal (first half) with inevitability (second half), which I think makes it a strong pick in Limited

This includes triggers that look for when permanents die (which is simply shorthand for is put into a graveyard from play) or are destroyed (shorthand for dies due to lethal damage, including deathtouch damage, or a destroy effect)

[CArd]Vanquishers Banner[/Card] draws us cards on our creature ETBs whereas [Card]Moldervine Reclamation[/Card], [Card]Deathreap Ritual[/Card], [Card]Warteye Witch[/Card] (technically scrys, but thats okay for our purposes) and [Card]Fecundity[/Card] draw us cards on creature death
