Aside from the poison damage, which can be terrifying on its own, Paldean Clodsire exs only move, Venoshock, deals extra damage if the opponents Active Pokmon is poisoned
Other than that, if a dedicated build based on this card doesnt emerge in some format, I think this is likely not that interesting to non-casual players
