katara mtg card How To Play A Avatar's Katara, The Fearless Commander Deck In Vigilance When Katara enters Katara, the Fearless Commander Deck

There was a card before Reverse the Polarity

Etali, Primal Storm CMC: 6(RR) Type: Legendary Creature Elder Dinosaur First ability: Whenever Etali, Primal Storm attacks, exile the top card of each players library, then you may cast any number of nonland cards exiled this way without paying their mana costs

The interesting part is the middle effect, which creates a 2/2 (functionally a 3/3) Pirate whenever cards leave your graveyard

Relentless Pursuit looks at an extra card and bins everything else
