Description

A fourth Chandra card is available in the Chandra Planeswalker Deck

The fact that you can play the exiled cards as long as you control Lightning is a nice bonus, but the lack of Haste here really kills the card, in my opinion

On top of all that, Boltwave is also semi-decent in Commander

Alongside the new EDH card City of Fire, Mana Crypt also sneakily deals nine damage to you instead of three, which can unexpectedly put you in a bad position
