Currently, your deck is really high variability, which is generally considered frustrating in a 60-card format
If that card is manifested, you can turn it face up instead, which is solid, especially if the manifested creature costs a ton of mana
That said, I don't think we're going to see it in a big way in Standard, and Standard success is the only way this sorcery is going to sustain a $10+ price-tag
While there is something to be said for flexibility and redundancy, The One Ring is resilient enough that simply going all-in on that card feels reasonable
