Awarded exclusively to Top 16 finishers in English/Asian English Treasure Cups (20222024), this alternate-art promo features Garpthe legendary Marine heroin striking full foil, distinct from his Absolute Justice Starter Deck iteration

The first effect allows Utopia Beyond to reduce the attack of all monsters on the opponents side of the field to 0

The second time the card was damaged in encapsulation, and they paid out the difference between the graded value and the damaged value, plus the grading fee

Features the SPYRAL archetype

Its the same mechanic and restriction as Outpost Siege, but its a foil to several types of card draw, especially end-step card draw since any cards drawn can only be used on that end step
