one piece tcg ultra deck TCG: - The Three Captains [ST-10] This aggro deck features a well One Piece Card Game Ultimate

Mono Red Aggro Fight Fire With Fire Of all the decks that can beat Vivi, good old Mono Red Aggro is Cauldron's worst match-up by a pretty significant margin

Beyond this role, this Luffy card often features abilities that directly impact the board or hand, allowing for strategic disruption and resource management

This might be a good board target to bring in against the aggressive decks but running it main and risking it just being a 5/5 flier against a control deck is pretty lame

Toss in a few creatures like Writhing Necromass and Huskburster Swarm that you can cast for substantially less than their mana value, and you have the start to an interesting deck

Be prepared to activate Elixir every game and win by decking with Malboro ETBs
