rare kyogre card Primal EX -Single your turn ends Primal Kyogre Full Art Pokémon

Now of all time it has to be had down XY base set, it was awful, I've opened 6 boxes, and each box had the same ratio, 4 EX (not FA's) and 1 FA, which was awesome if you pulled the blastoise or the venasaur, but the other were a bit meh

Overall, Okidogi ex might be a bit slow to set up, but its damage potential makes the setup worth it

This card would be a non-starter for me if it couldnt hit players, but because it can, theres a conversation to be had

The list is probably going to be long

What makes it interesting is that for just 1 mere life, you can return it to your hand from the graveyard and cast it again to surveil once more
