mtg water cards Katara, Tribe's Hope untap up to one target Kraken and put a stun counter on up to one target nonland permanent MTG✨Artist Signed PART WATER✨Legends NM

Imagine it dropping in something big like Muxus, Goblin Grandee for free on turn 2

This will be a negative for decks with payoffs that specifically want you to draw cards, but on the other hand your foes won't be able to target your draws

Haliya is essentially The Gaffer + a Soul Sister in a creature, but somewhat worse than either

It might not be all-in on theft like other commanders, but that theft diversity makes it one of the more consistent ones

2 John Silver, Vengeful Pirate From: Archazia's Island A powerhouse of a Pirate, John Silver, Vengeful Pirate is a late-game card for sure, costing eight ink and you cant shift with it either so you have to wait quite a while before dropping him but once you do, you get some real power on board
