entei holographic pokemon card #34 - Reverse Holo Foil Rare Promo TCG (1995-2001) Fire Rarity Pokemon Entei 34 Black Star

I'm curious if a deck full of Rush and Evasive characters could be a thing

Half of which came from WAR and ruined different formats in one way or another

It resonated with me at the time. In the early days of PSA, a collector couldnt submit cards directly to the company

In later sets, cards were swapped in and out to change the feeling of the game, but the cards removed for the Revised edition were all cut for one of three reasons: Being too powerful

One thing strongly in the favour of Forbid in the cube as opposed to any other format is that there being only one copy of any given card there is quite a sharp tail off in the quality of groups of spells
