Absolute Virtue Aettir and Priwen Clive, Ifrit's Dominant Cloud, Midgar Mercenary Cloud, Planet's Champion Emet-Selch, Unsundered Esper Terra Gogo, Master of Mimicry Hades, Sorcerer of Eld Ifrit, Warden of Inferno Kefka, Court Mage Kefka, Ruler of Ruin Lightning, Army of One Sephiroth, Fabled SOLDIER Sephiroth, One-Winged Angel Sephiroth, Planet's Heir Terra, Magical Adept Vivi Ornitier Y'shtola Rhul Yuna, Hope of Spira

As is, it reminds me of Divine Retribution, a bulk rare which didn't see any competitive play

The entire card may have a dull or uneven surface

The reason that Mystic Snake is so much more played than Plasm Capture is that it is a creature card and thus has loads of synergy with other cards that no other counterspell has

Play it if you have one, but this is a nice alternative
