While this exclusive promo card isn't valuable enough to make a home among the most valuable Pikachu cards ever, its nostalgia value is high enough to earn it a solid price tag of around $35
The Ruinous Powers Universes Beyond: Warhammer 40,000 Commander Deck set includes 1 ready-to-play Blue-Black-Red deck of 100 Magic: The Gathering cards (2 legendary traditional foil cards, 98 nonfoil cards), 1 foil-etched Display Commander (a thick cardstock copy of the commander card with foil etched into the card's border and art), 10 double-sided tokens, 1 deck box (can hold 100 sleeved cards), 1 life tracker, 1 strategy insert, and 1 reference card
Sadly, their main purpose is to allow you the freedom to build in any of the colors, with some level of restriction since one of the colors is left out
Sold for an impressive $369,000 USD, this new price for the 1st Edition pristine 10 card now holds the record for most expensive Pokmon card sold surpassing the 1-of-39 Pikachu Illustrator Card
If you're not building this deck with that in mind, I think you're probably doing it wrong
