Description

Thats not ideal but not a big issue if your deck has enough draw

The cards are foil, and stores seem to have all received different amounts

However, nothing from the first 4 sets released so far has been outright banned, but how long that may be the case might change.

Hes playable but its going to take some testing to see if he becomes a big part of the meta

The best thing about Cogsworth - Illuminary Watchmen is that it's easy to incorporate him into a deck without severe consequences , as he ends up being a cheap card to throw out or functional inkwell fodder in the worst scenarios
