While not as consistently dominant as Tier 1, success often hinges on strong piloting, matchup knowledge, and potentially a favorable meta or some luck for consistent top finishes

We have dorks referring to a 1 mana card with pitiful stats but useful abilities, cheerios referring to 0 mana spells, but most importantly, bears, referring to a 2 mana 2/2

I mean, Rielles other ability is good, but it isnt like red and blue have access to cards like Faithless Looting, Wheel of Fortune, Frantic Search, Windfall, or a host of other similar effects
