People aren't bound to a meta, they can build decks to their own personal taste, and card alters were already common, so UB hasn't felt out of place

Players were allowed to change their decks from day one to day two which might have messed with the results a bit, and the metagame has certainly changed since

Once a player had their 100, 200, or *maybe* 300 cards theyd play at shops and against friends for ante

That's all down to personal taste, of course - and as the price reflects, this isn't one of the most desirable promo cards out there
