arven pokemon card 249 198 2023 Svi EN-Scarlet & Violet #249/198 PSA 9 – Shazelle-Avenue Supporter / / Card Text Scarlet & Violet Base set

A 5/4 body for four mana is already solid

Not only does your instant or sorcery go to the graveyard, but your flashback cards count as potential life loss for opponents, and even two or three represent a big chunk of life to keep creatures around

Fans looking to get their hands on the set should prepare themselves for a difficult time

Crazy amounts of chase cards relics, autographs, numbered cards have made each pack like a lottery ticket, and thats driven the cost per pack way, way up on the secondary market

You can tap it with two mana at sorcery speed to sac an artifact and then drop one onto the battlefield from your library for a one higher mana cost
