誘人的經典白中白香氣。裸麥、餅乾、洋梨以及礦物感跟成熟甜美的果實風味，複雜度極佳。俐落纖細的口感，宜人的酸度，葡萄柚的風味，柑橘類果皮的些微苦甘，混合礦物感，尾韻留下一些鹹味，十分典雅秀麗。

風土：薄酒萊位於布根地的南端，擁有獨特的花崗岩地層，紅酒以佳美葡萄釀製而成，也是世界上最優異的佳美葡萄產區。有別於20世紀後半出現，在短時間內以二氧化碳浸漬法發酵釀造，並於當年份推出的薄酒萊新酒。真正的薄酒萊葡萄酒，在許多新興釀造者的投入之下，發揮佳美葡萄本身酸甜多汁的草莓與漿果風味，以及利用較低的單寧，釀造出即為順口柔細的佳釀。
