葡萄來自Avenay-Val-d‘Or、Bisseuil與Mareuil-sur-Aÿ三個一級村，這三個村也是酒莊的集大成，全數皆為平均樹齡為40歲的老藤。由於地勢坡度較陡，能夠最大程度的接受日照與馬恩河反射的光線，石灰岩層較淺，成就了這裡近乎完美的黑皮諾。添加黑皮諾紅酒所混合而成的粉紅香檳，凸顯黑皮諾特有的漿果香氣與較為飽滿的特色。

來自Piesporter村Treppchen葡萄園，「am Fels（意指岩石之上）」為該園的精華區段，老藤深植於板岩之中，展現高度礦物張力。香氣揉合洋梨、苦檸檬、茴香草本與細緻煙燻氣息；口感絲滑集中，酸度精準，鹹感與結晶般的礦物質地貫穿其中。尾韻緊實而深長，展現力量與優雅並存的風貌。

散發洋梨、柑橘精油、白花的香氣。酒體圓潤飽滿，優雅地包覆著味蕾，活潑的酸味，集中而精確，尾韻帶出細膩的礦物感。
