6mm Flobert cartridge Button Unlisted but not the first

Unlisted but not the first time I have seen this bullet type

You will find this bullet to be in very good condition with all 3 raised rings visible

The Wesson rifle is a single shot that fired a self contained cartridge & they are found in a few late war camps

The handle appears to be hand made from hickory

The patina is an exxtra nice white & I do not see a single patina chip

6mm Flobert cartridge Button Unlisted but not the firstHeres one you do not see very oftenfor your consideration one 6mm Flobert cartridge. Thomas lists in his handbook as item 1A & should have no head stamp just like this one. The base of the brass cartridge shows a clear firing pin mark but this does not look like a put together cartridge. Overall the cartridge is just out of round a little & the pictures tell the rest. Great patina.
