DEYA Pull The Night Around Your Shoulders Brett Porter 6.8% (750ml) 440ml Grape: Chenin blancPull the Night is a Brettanomyces assisted Porter. This beer was brewed with a simple mix of roasted and biscuit malts. It started life as a no frills porter with chocolate malt flavours and red berry top notes from the traditional English hops. DEYA then carried out a 6 month secondary fermentation with Brettanomyces yeast. The beer is now showing tropical fruit aroma as well as subtle sweet spice and savoury goodness.
