Legendre Herbsaint 750ml (DNO P3) primopicks and peach notesHerbsaint is an anise flavoured liqueur created by J. Marion Legendre in New Orleans during the 1930s as a replacement for absinthe, as at the time it was banned in America. Despite the ban being lifted, the liqueur remains popular today and is still used in the New Orleans recipe for a Sazerac cocktail.
