Add to that lime sherbet, lemongrass, lambic cider and damp moss. A hint of printer toner and hibiscus tea cooler as well. With water comes honeydew melon, citrus infused wheat beer, rapeseed oil, plain porridge studded with golden sultanas and rosewater. The palate is hot and well spiced. There's yellow flowers, pear syrups,
