Shiraz 2018 default-checkout plum and subtle spice leadA classic Hunter Valley Shiraz, medium bodied and showing the complexity of bottle age. Aromas of dark cherry, plum and subtle spice lead into a palate layered with earthy notes and a touch of cedar from extended oak maturation. Fine tannins and a savoury finish provide structure and balance. Ideally paired with roasted meats or aged cheeses.
