Lark Chenin blanc 2024 Soul of the Mountain spicy bramble and red berryOur Chenin Blanc grapes thrive in high perched trellised vineyards planted on sandstone with clay shale subsoil. Two different harvest dates build natural complexity. Whole bunch pressing and natural fermentation with a high percentage of lees add texture and complexity. Beautiful stone fruit, bright citrus notes, a fleshy textured palate and engaging length are the standout features of this wine.
