Double Dreams

one of our favorites

Mirroring Dimensions Type_Bock - Doppelbock Strawberry Smoothie Pastry Sour withA standout from our barrel program, Mirroring Dimensions is our award winning, double barrel aged Rye wine. The reflection begins with a massive, rye heavy grist. The beer then slumbers in Buffalo Trace barrels for a year, is transferred for a finishing 10 month catnap in Dad's Hat Rye casks, and ultimately emerges with a profound depth of character. Absolutely swirling with beguiling spice, charred stone fruit, and a cosmic complexity.
