Heavier Cohesion Vanilla Type_Brett Beer Bourbon Barrel Barley Wine 50This Double Barrel Aged Blackberry Mead is a tribute to Heavy Cohesion, one of our earliest and most beloved homebrew experiments. Its sticky, jammy, and carries the perfect oak influence that only patience can unlock. Barrel Journey: 6 months in a Blackberry Brandy barrel. Followed by 12 months in a Zinfandel barrel that previously held B1 Proper Black and Harmonic Intervals. Now with vanilla.
