Description

Bourbon barrel aged barleywine

This is the culmination of everything we’ve learned over the past year about hoppy beer

along with almonds

We set out to make an Imperial Stout melding an intriguing blend of European caramel and chocolate malts

we added raspberries and let the beer age in barrels for a few more months
