Wash Cup R-798 Talit Jewish covenantsWash Cup Silver with engraving Netilat yadayim is the traditional washing of the hands. The use of a two handed cup is required. After the first hand is washed, it is clean and pure. The unwashed hand, however, is not. If the two hands touch after the first hand was washed, it is necessary to rewash the first one. Using a two handled cup makes the process simpler, and easier to avoid the hands touching each other.
