2021 Domaine Bechtold Cremant d'Alsace Blanc Extra Brut Bubbles SMOKEHOUSE ALMONDSEqual parts Chardonnay and Pinot Auxerrois Fresh, clean and bone dry, its medium bodied with frothy bubbles, roundness on the palate, fleshy white peach flavors and toasty brioche notes. Pairs well with fresh shellfish or a Ksekuchen, a German style, semi sweet cheesecake made with fromage blanc instead of cream cheese.
