12kt GF Vintage secret locket cameo Hand carved Italian Shell Brooch Pendant gold filled Van Dell carnelian F201 18x13mm It has a toggle claspVan Dell Fabulous antique or vintage Carnelian Shell cameo carved in Italy. The cameo features a gorgeous carved lady encased in an 12kt gold filled frame. The pendant measures 1" in length by 3 4 " and is marked: Van Dell 12K Gold Filled. It is in excellent condition. This is a smaller cameo. They look great as pendants but this also has a fold down bail and a brooch pin soldered on so it can be worn as a pin too. In regards to age? Not sure. Going
