Ecuador El Alisal Typica M. (Washed) single origin coffee whose work is such aAlthough this is a washed coffee, additional steps have been added to allow for optimal flavour development. These include a short aerobic fermentation in the cherry and a 96 hour anaerobic fermentation in mucilage before final washing and drying.
