"Mountain retreat B "
I simply added facial features and the sunnies to complete the image
The vivid colours of the flowers were so bright that I thought that this background of a rusty old veggie trough would be perfect
The morning sun was shining in the window highlighting the texture and colours
the scribbles became the treetops
Life on the waters edge. Australian original art prints. Size:Artmount 12" x 16" "Mountain retreat B "The twins were painting on a piece of weathered plywood. I photographed their work. When I looked at the photo on my computer, I could not recognise where the photo was taken as I could not make out where the water scene was (including the boat), The title came about because of this distant water view. Long time later I realised the the boat in the distance was a bulldog clip on the top of the plywood, that was holding the art paper on the plywood.
