Heartwood Absolution of Gin Cask Strength Gin 54.6% ABV 500ml import_2022_08_08_055510 charred citrus peelBuilt on Adams Distillery spirit from Western Tiers, Absolution of Gin is matured in a pair of decidedly un classic gin casks: Goaty Hill Chardonnay and McWilliams Botrytis. Bottled at a muscular 53. 4% ABV in 500ml, its a matured gin that drinks with the depth and swagger of a Heartwood malt. In the glass, competition judges talk about sweet caramel and vanilla on the nose, a clear but well handled alcohol hit, big, balanced sweetness on the palate
